Beers & Birds: A Charity Event with Blackland Prairie Raptor Center

Join Blackland Prairie Raptor Center at Lakewood Brewing Company as we kick off North Texas Giving Day and celebrate the wildlife, conservation, and community that make our mission possible! Meet some of our incredible ambassador raptors, get an up-close look at wings, talons, and feathers, and learn more about how BPRC rescues, rehabilitates, and releases injured birds of prey throughout North Texas. Our team will be onsite to share stories from the rehabilitation clinic, answer questions, and explain how your support helps wildlife thrive. While you’re here, enjoy delicious craft beer from Lakewood Brewing Company, play Bingo with our team and spend the evening connecting with fellow wildlife lovers and conservation supporters. Whether you’re a longtime supporter or discovering BPRC for the first time, we invite you to raise a glass, meet the birds, and celebrate the start of North Texas Giving Day with us!

Small-batch craft-beer outlet with tastings, tours, food trucks & live-music events.
