Family Workshop: Everything Is Practice

Family Workshops are for children ages 6–12 and their favorite grown-ups. Explore the galleries, engage in artful conversations, and try hands-on games as a family before creating a work of art in the studio. Class size is limited to 15 children. This June, learn how practice, experimentation, and even mistakes help people grow! Follow an artist's journey to find out how practice makes progress. In the studio, try some new ideas and celebrate your own creative process. Adults and younger siblings do not need a ticket. When classes are filled, email familyprograms@dma.org to be placed on the waiting list.
