Join this intermediate class to connect with fellow forest bathers, learn from each other’s insights, and expand your personal practice. Class starts with and instructor-led exploration of several Japanese philosophical and aesthetic concepts connected with forest bathing, followed by a group discuss period, individual practice time and concluded with a brief group reflection.
