This 6-week, weeknight, evening pottery course in Fort Worth is designed for intermediate and advanced students looking to build their skills on the wheel! **Please note, this class is exclusively for students who have a strong understanding of working on the wheel.** Qualifications: ⭐ Can throw a minimum height of 6 inches ⭐ Can throw 3 identical cylinders in a row ⭐ Can cone a narrow necked form Intermediate Students: Our intermediate and advanced pottery class is designed for experienced students who can consistently center, throw tall, even forms and are comfortable with the wheel. Our intermediate and advanced pottery course will help you gain confidence and expand your skills. You’ll focus on precision and complexity—throwing and sizing different types of lids, creating large forms in multiple parts, learning new ways to trim and alter thrown forms. What to Know: For students who have a strong understanding of working on the wheel Wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy (apron or towel encouraged) Each weekly session includes a live demonstration, hands-on instruction, and individual guidance.
