Jacob Furr is a Songwriter and Multi-instrumentalist from Ft Worth, Tx. If stories and words strung together in songs act as mile markers for our lives; then songwriters like Jacob Furr give us the rare opportunity to see into the memory of someone else while reminding us of our own. Blending the honesty and independent spirit that characterizes Texas songwriters with a 21st century ear for instrumental atmospherics, Jacob Furr crafts songs that explore our shared experiences. Nominated for Best Folk Act and Best Album of 2012 by Fort Worth Weekly and Best Folk Rock Act of 2013.
