Roundtable Discussion: All About Brushes!

Join us on Saturday 5/30 from 2:00pm - 3:00pm in the Goldmark Cultural Center’s auditorium for a show-and-tell roundtable discussion all about brushes, those most essential tools for painters and artists in all mediums! What types of brushes should be used for different mediums? Are expensive brushes worth getting for certain projects, or can inexpensive brushes be used in a pinch? How do we care for brushes? What are the best practices for cleaning brushes? How should freshly cleaned brushes be dried and stored? During the discussion, we will hopefully address all these questions and more! If you can, bring some examples of your own brushes and related accessories, like brush soap/cleaners and holders, so we can exactly reference the different things we will be discussing. Free admission and parking.
