Run for the Rita 5K

WHEN: Saturday, May 9th | 8 AM WHAT: The inaugural Run for the Rita 5K will kickoff the festivities with the race and end at the finish line where you’ll be treated to a delicious Addictivo Tequila Margarita! Tickets for the Run for the Rita 5K Presented by Slick City are $40 and include entry into our chip-timed racecourse, an official Run for the Rita 5K t-shirt, a custom Rita 5K race bib, a beautiful finisher’s medal, and a cold, delicious handcrafted margarita! Prices will increase as we get closer to the event, so register early to secure your spot!Post-race festivities include shopping with unique local vendors, the Run for the Rita themed photo booth, food trucks, photo-ops and fun! This is a FUN way to celebrate Mother’s Day Weekend! Race Details: Run (or walk!) your way to the finish line, where every participant earns a finisher’s medal and a complimentary margarita (21+). Cash prizes for the Top Overall Male and Female racers: 1st Place: $100 2nd Place: $50 3rd Place: $25 Stroller Strider 1st Place: $25 Plus, awards for the top male and female in each age group: 14 & under, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+.
