Sustained sound influences breathing patterns, attention, relaxation, nervous system states, and even our perception of time. Together, these shifts can create beautiful states for creativity. It helps us move beyond mental clutter, reconnect with inspiration, and allow new ideas to emerge. After the sound bath, we’ll gather for simple artistic expression through pour painting, sketching/writing, and beading.
