Evil jumpsuit-wearing spacemen from the Black Hole are plotting to flatten Tokyo and build their own utopian city. Aided by deranged scientist Dr. Mafune, shunned for his strange experiments on sea life, the aliens unleash a rebuilt Mechagodzilla (this IS a direct sequel to the first Mechagodzilla jam) and the monster Titanosaurus (which looks like an aquatic Godzilla whose special attack is causing windstorms with his fins) to do their evil bidding.
