About Vannessa Vannessa Jackson is a TV writer and Standup comedian currently residing in NYC. She started her career as a Writer's Apprentice for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in 2018. Since then, she's been a staff writer on Saturday Night Live, HBO's A Black Lady Sketch Show, and season 2 of NBC's A Little Late with Lilly Singh. She recently wrapped a three episode digital series for Major League Soccer starring Issa Rae where she was a Writer/Producer.
