Welcome to LovePlanit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of loveplanit.ai and any related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
What LovePlanit does
LovePlanit is an AI-powered event discovery and planning platform for the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We help you find concerts, comedy, theater, sports, food & drink, and nightlife events that match your taste, and we help you plan around them. We don't sell tickets. When you're ready to buy, we link out to verified third-party ticketing platforms.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use LovePlanit, and 18+ to make purchases on partner sites.
- Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials secure.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone or share accounts.
Acceptable use
When using LovePlanit, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service in bulk or by automated means.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks it runs on.
- Use the Service to send spam, harass other users, or violate any law.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize any data or content from the Service without permission.
Event information and third-party content
Event listings, prices, schedules, venue details, and similar information come from third-party sources and from venue/promoter feeds. We work to keep them accurate, but we don't guarantee they are. Always confirm details — especially date, time, address, and price — directly with the venue or ticketing platform before making plans or purchases.
AI features
LovePlanit uses AI to generate recommendations, plans, chat responses, and price assessments. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat it as a helpful suggestion, not professional advice or a guarantee. Always sanity-check before acting on it — especially anything involving money, time-sensitive decisions, or safety.
Affiliate links and earnings disclosure
Some links from LovePlanit to ticketing platforms (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek, and similar) are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which events we recommend — recommendations are based on your taste profile, not on payouts.
Intellectual property
The LovePlanit name, logo, design, and software are owned by us. Event content, artwork, and listings belong to their respective owners. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy or republish our content or design elsewhere without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information, recommendations, or AI output will be accurate or reliable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LovePlanit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, since the Service is free, will generally be $50).
Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we'll give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or a notice in the app). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
